In La Mongie , at the foot of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre , the ESi Grand Tourmalet offers group ski lessons for children in a fun, friendly, and reassuring atmosphere. Supervised by our state-certified instructors , young skiers learn and progress at their own pace, from the Mini Souris level to the Blue Team course, on slopes adapted to their needs and skill level.

Small group sizes for effective learning

Group lessons are organized by level, with a maximum of 6 or 9 children per group. This personalized approach allows each student to progress faster, in a fun and safe environment.

Stage Blue Team

I'm preparing for my Gold level: I'm comfortable on small mogul fields and all red runs, I can make basic carving turns using only the edges of my skis. I'm confident and in control on all types of slopes, I can carve and control my speed without fear of moguls, steep slopes, or ice. Gold and Diamond levels are prepared for in the same Blue Team course due to the overlapping skills acquired.

Stage Blue Team

I'm preparing for my Diamond level: I'm comfortable on small mogul fields and all red runs, and I can make basic carving turns using only the edges of my skis. I'm confident and in control on all types of slopes, and I can carve and control my speed without fear of moguls, steep slopes, or ice.
Gold and Diamond levels are prepared for in the same Blue Team course, given the overlap in skills acquired.

The Emerald Run

Mastery of all snow and terrain skiing. Awareness of off-piste safety.

The Ruby Run

Simple tricks, 180°, grab in the snowpark, riding switch on groomed terrain.
